Our team is experienced in using materials such as Tropical Hardwoods (Ipe, Red Balau Batu, Yellow Balau, Meranti and Cumaru), sometimes referred to as Kayu Wood to Western Red Cedar, which is one of the truly low-maintenance deck products on the market.

Our Quality Standards:

1. All hardwood is pre-stained before construction 

2. Pressure-treated framing material has end-treat applied to all cut ends

3. Joist and Beam tape is applied to all upper facing surfaces on deck framing

4. We use “GRK” or structural screws on all structural aspects of woodwork

Also, most of our woodwork can be completed in the winter months and qualifies for our Winter Work Discounts.
